The band Prljavi inspektor Blaža i Kljunovi was founded on January 13, 1994. They are known for the optimism and positive energy they demonstrate at their live performances, which helped them establih themselves as one of the most dynamic and humourous bands on the Serbian rock scene.

Their most famous covers are Čekala sam (Goran Bregović), Da bog da crk'o rokenrol (Elvis Kurtović), and Šumadijski tvist (Mile Lojpur), while their hits Lepa si Pamela, O kako gi sakam parite, Seks droga i Bodiroga, Arigo Saki bluz, Sunce tuđeg neba ne greje kao naše, and Mnogo volim pivo, are played at every music festival they attend.
